1. Who we are

This website (aivanta.yuanport.com) is operated by Aivanta, a business of Yuanport (“Aivanta”, “we”, “us”). For personal data collected through this site, Aivanta is the controller. Contact: contract@yuanport.com.

2. What we collect

Information you give us in forms: name, work email, company, role, website, competitor domains, budget and timeline ranges, market, and any message you write.
Campaign source information attached to forms: the page you submitted from, referring site and campaign parameters (such as utm_source). If you accept analytics, we remember the first campaign source of your visit for the duration of your browser session.
Technical data processed by our hosting and security provider, such as IP address, browser type and request logs, to deliver the site and protect it from abuse.
Instant AI check inputs: the domains you enter. We fetch only public pages of those domains and cache the result briefly.

We do not ask for sensitive personal data, and we ask you not to include it in messages.

3. How we use it and our legal bases

To respond to your request (audits, calls, proposals, portal access) — steps at your request before entering a contract, and our legitimate interest in answering business enquiries.
To send newsletters or research you sign up for — your consent, which you can withdraw at any time.
To understand which content and campaigns work — your consent, given through our cookie settings.
To secure the site and prevent abuse — our legitimate interest in keeping services safe.
To comply with law — legal obligation.

We share personal data only with service providers that process it on our behalf under contract, including: Cloudflare (hosting, content delivery, security and storage of form submissions) and our email provider (to correspond with you). If we enable analytics or advertising measurement, Google may process data only after you consent. We do not sell personal data or share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.

5. International transfers

Our providers may process data in countries other than yours. Where required, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as the European Commission’s Standard Contractual Clauses.

6. How long we keep it

Enquiries and lead records: up to 24 months after our last interaction, unless we enter into a contract.
Newsletter subscriptions: until you unsubscribe.
Instant AI check results: cached for up to 6 hours.
Your cookie choice: 12 months, after which we ask again.

7. Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict or object to processing of your personal data, to data portability, and to withdraw consent at any time.

EU/UK (GDPR, UK GDPR): the rights above, and the right to lodge a complaint with your data protection authority.
California (CCPA/CPRA): the rights to know, delete and correct, and to opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information. We do not sell or share personal information, and we honor Global Privacy Control signals as an opt-out.
China (PIPL): the rights to know, decide, access, copy, correct, delete and request explanation of processing rules.

8. Security

We use encryption in transit, access controls and least-privilege permissions. No system is perfectly secure; if we become aware of a breach affecting your data, we will notify you and regulators as required.

9. Children

This site is for business audiences and is not directed to children under 16. We do not knowingly collect their data.

10. Changes

We will post updates on this page and change the “last updated” date. Material changes will be highlighted on the site.
