The rules for using this website, our free tools and our content. Client engagements are governed by a separate signed agreement.

1. Acceptance
By using aivanta.yuanport.com (the “site”), operated by Aivanta, a business of Yuanport, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
2. Information only
Content on the site — including articles, benchmarks, checklists and pricing ranges — is general information, not professional, legal or financial advice. Pricing ranges are indicative and are not offers; any engagement is defined by a signed proposal or statement of work.
3. Free tools
The instant AI-readiness check analyzes publicly available pages of the domains you enter and produces an automated, indicative score. It is provided “as is”, may be incomplete or inaccurate (for example, when sites block automated requests), and must not be used to overload, probe or harm any website. We may limit or suspend use to prevent abuse.
4. No guaranteed outcomes
Search engines, AI systems and ad platforms are operated by third parties and change frequently. We do not and cannot guarantee rankings, mentions, citations, traffic or revenue. Our commitments to clients concern methods, measurement and reporting, as set out in each engagement agreement.
5. Intellectual property
The site’s content, design, logos and code are owned by Aivanta or its licensors. You may quote short excerpts with attribution and a link. You may not copy substantial portions or present our content as your own. Third-party names and trademarks belong to their owners and are used for identification only; their use does not imply endorsement.
6. Acceptable use
Do not submit unlawful, misleading or harmful content through our forms, attempt to gain unauthorized access, interfere with the site’s operation, or use automated means to scrape the site in a way that degrades service. Retrieval for search indexing and AI answers in line with our robots.txt is welcome.
7. Third-party links
We link to external sources for reference. We are not responsible for their content or practices.
8. Disclaimer and limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the site is provided without warranties of any kind, and Aivanta is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from use of the site or free tools. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
